Chiropractic; a system of complementary medicine based on the diagnosis and manipulative treatment of misalignments of the joints, especially those of the spinal column, which are believed to cause other disorders by affecting the nerves, muscles, and organs.

What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractors work with your spine and nervous system to enable you to function at 100% of your capabilities!

How it works

It is said that the body needs no help in looking after itself, just no interference. When the relationship is compromised by a spinal bone interfering with the nervous system a chiropractor will deliver a specific corrective force (adjustment). This will enable the body to begin the healing process.

What happens

During your first visit your chiropractor will take you through a number of functional tests to determine what the best care is for you.

The spine and the pelvis

The pelvis forms the foundational support of the body. The spine holds our body upright and creates anchor points that connect our muscles and fascia together. These structures support and protect our organs and nervous system. The nervous system controls our body and can only function normally when our structures are balanced and our pelvis is stable.

When in sickness look at the spine first.
