All prices are in NZ$ and GST inclusive.

Full payment is required at the appointment and we reserve the right to send out an administration fee for accounts being sent out. Accounts must be paid within 7 days from date of invoice and overdue accounts will incur a 10% penalty fee for every month overdue. Case by case exceptions can be made by prior arrangements, please talk to our friendly team.

Please allow up to 45 minutes for your initial chiropractic appointment and up to 60 minutes for combined and acupuncture appointments. The length of an initial visit can vary depending on the complexity of your. Follow up chiropractic appointments are up to 15 minutes and the combined and acupuncture follow up appointments are up to 45 minutes. We also offer double chiropractic appointments for when you needs a little longer with us, these are up to 30 minutes. This is what you will need to book when its been 6 months or more since we last saw you or if you have had a new injury. We like to keep a close eye on your progress and may schedule in regular 30 minute re-assessment sessions to allow us to review your progress. These longer sessions are also great for your cranio-sacral appointments as this requires more time.

If you have a current ACC claim please bring your details with you. We are able to start an ACC claim for you if you have had a recent injury that qualifies. Please let us know when you book the appointment or talk to your practitioner when you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you need to reschedule your appointment but we do ask that you please give us as much notice a possible. We have a busy clinic with an active waiting list and want to be able to offer your appointment time to someone else.

Last minute cancellations or failure to attend your appointments without good reason will incur a charge of your full appointment fee. We don’t want to do this and hope that you are able to let us know if you do need to make any changes to your bookings.
